About Us:

Trailer Chef was started to provide an alternative to high priced enclosed concession and catering trailers. From the occasional food vendor to the serious caterer, we have an excellent alternative, that will allow you to cook and serve at any location. Our cooking trailers contain custom-heavy duty equipment designed to be used in the harsh environment of an open trailer.  This will ensure years of solid performance and durability, while being able to handle your cooking requirements. Trailer Chef caters to all customers, even those that are looking for only the occasional camping trailer.

 

Located in Gilbert, Arizona, Trailer Chef operates a full fabrication shop, allowing us to do all of our own fabricating.  Our shop contains a variety of metal working equipment from our 12'- 95 ton hydraulic brake, 1/4"-12' hydraulic shear, hydraulic punch, hydraulic corner notcher, plasma cutters, TIG and MIG welding equipment and all the necessary equipment to polish stainless.  Starting off in the stainless steel fabricating business, providing stainless equipment for the food service industry, we have a solid background in working with stainless.  We still offer custom fabricating services to our existing customers, but our focus is fabricating custom cooking trailers.  With our background in fabricating, we can work with you to get the trailer that best suits your needs.
